Flooring Systems for Hospitality & Event Facilities
Hotels. Conference centers. Event venues.
Operational Challenges We Address
Hospitality environments demand flooring systems that perform under conditions residential products cannot handle.
Continuous Foot Traffic
Hotels and event venues see 30,000 to 100,000+ footfalls per day in lobby and corridor zones. The system must maintain its appearance under relentless daily use without showing wear patterns.
Fast Turnaround Requirements
Event venues cannot close between bookings for flooring repairs. Loose lay allows same-day plank replacement between events — no adhesive cure time, no closures.
Appearance Retention
Guest-facing environments demand flooring that looks new year after year. Commercial-grade 20-mil wear layers resist scratching, scuffing, and UV fading across high-sunlight lobbies.
Rolling Load Resistance
Luggage carts, catering equipment, and AV staging create concentrated rolling loads that destroy residential-grade flooring. Commercial LVT is engineered for these exact conditions.
Moisture & Spill Tolerance
From lobby entrances during rain to banquet hall spills, hospitality flooring faces constant moisture exposure. LVT is waterproof and will not warp, swell, or degrade.
Phased Installation
Full-building shutdowns cost revenue. Our system allows zone-by-zone installation so hotels can renovate while maintaining occupancy in unaffected areas.
In Practice: The Forum, Nashville
The Forum hosts hundreds of events annually — from corporate conferences to large-scale galas — with continuous rolling load traffic from staging equipment, catering carts, and guest movement. We installed a phased loose lay LVT system that allowed the venue to maintain partial operations during the entire renovation.
Individual planks in high-wear zones can be lifted and replaced between events without adhesive cure times, keeping the venue operational year-round. The installation has maintained its appearance through three years of continuous commercial use.
“We needed flooring that could handle constant event turnover without looking worn. Three years in, the lobby still looks like installation day — and when we do get damage, Ronell's team swaps the plank out the same week.”
